Zenva establishes this Privacy Policy to transparently inform Users about how personal data is collected and processed on the website found at https://www.zenva-ai.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
The term "User" refers to any individual, whether a natural or legal person, who visits or interacts in any way with the Website.
Zenva determines all technical, legal, and organizational means and purposes for processing Users' personal data.

The use of the Zenva website by Users may lead to the disclosure of personal data. The processing of this data by Zenva, as the Controller, or by service providers acting on behalf of and under the responsibility of Zenva, is carried out in accordance with the applicable Law and the Regulation.

3. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation, the purposes of processing personal data are communicated to the User. The purposes of Zenva are as follows:
- Contact: To communicate with Users as necessary.
- Pre-screening: For preliminary evaluations to join Zenva services.
- Pre-selection for job applications: To evaluate Users applying for roles within Zenva.
The User agrees that during their visit to and use of the Zenva website, Zenva collects and processes the following personal data, in accordance with the terms and principles described in this Privacy Policy:

- Phone number
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Current work situation
- Work experience (CV)
- Availability and motivation
- Personality traits
5. Consent
By accessing and using the Zenva website, the User declares that they provide their free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent to the processing of their personal data, having reviewed this Privacy Policy.
Consent is granted through a positive action, such as checking the privacy policy box. This consent is a prerequisite for performing certain actions on the Zenva website or for enabling the User to enter into a contractual relationship with Zenva. Any agreement between Zenva and a User concerning services and goods offered on the Zenva platform is subject to the User's acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
The User agrees that Zenva, as the Controller, collects and processes their personal data entered on the Zenva website or through other services offered by Zenva, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
The User retains the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
6. Retention Period of Users' Personal Data
In accordance with Article 13(2) of the Regulation and the Law, the Controller retains personal data only as long as reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was processed.
In any case, this period will not exceed two years after the last contact.
7. Recipients of Data and Disclosure to Third Parties
Personal data may be shared with employees, associates, subcontractors, or suppliers of Zenva who provide appropriate data security guarantees and collaborate with Zenva in marketing products or providing services. These entities act under Zenva's direct authority and are responsible for collecting, processing, or managing this data.
All recipients of data must adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Zenva ensures that personal data is processed solely for its intended purposes and in a secure and confidential manner.

8. Rights of Users

a) Right of Access
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation, Zenva guarantees the User's right to access their personal data, including:

- The proposed storage period for personal data, if possible, or the criteria used to determine this period.

Zenva may require reasonable reimbursement of administrative costs for additional copies requested by the User.
b) Right to Rectification
Zenva guarantees the User the right to rectify or delete inaccurate, irrelevant, or incomplete personal data.
c) Right to Erasure
The User has the right to request the deletion of their personal data in cases outlined in Article 17 of the Regulation.
d) Right to Restrict Processing
In cases specified in Article 19 of the Regulation, the User may request a restriction on the processing of their personal data.
e) Right to Data Portability
The User has the right to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller.
f) Right to Object and Automated Decision-Making
The User may object to the processing of their personal data or the use of automated decision-making at any time.
g) Right of Complaint
The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
